Do you want to take your landscaping to the next level? Do you want to learn how the pros design? Come to this new series here at Burlington Garden Center. Tracy Hankwitz, who is a horticulturist, our GM, and former Horticulture Instructor at Gateway Technical College, will lead this 3-part series. This is part seminar and part workshop where you will apply what you learn during each session.
Session 3: Incorporating Native Plants
Saturday, March 1 @ 1 pm -2:30 pm
If you've been thinking of adding natives to your landscape, this session is for you! We will discuss specific native trees, shrubs, and perennials to add, then working with your design from the previous two sessions, we'll find ways to add them to create a beautiful haven for you and for the pollinators. Note: This is a repeat of the Native Plant class offered last summer as it's core material.
These sessions are complimentary. Understand that you will learn the very basics as we cover a semester's worth of material in a three afternoons. Come to one or two, but we hope you'll come to all three! Please preregister for each session.
